Mohamed Ameziane

Coulée Verte CEO

Mohamed Ameziane is an Expert Master Planner in landscape, urban and territorial development, with 15 years of experience leading complex projects and structuring initiatives with high territorial impact. His career was initially shaped within public administration, between the Tangier–Tetouan–Al Hoceima Region and the Casablanca–Settat Region, where he held senior strategic management positions, particularly in the fields of environment, infrastructure, risk management, and social development. This institutional background enabled him to develop in-depth expertise in public decision-making processes, territorial project structuring, financing mechanisms, and partnership models, while building a strong professional network bringing together public decision-makers, economic stakeholders, media, and civil society—particularly within the Tangier–Tetouan–Al Hoceima region. Leveraging this dual strategic and operational perspective, Mohamed Ameziane moved into entrepreneurship by founding H&M Paysage, a landscape master planning firm specialized in the design and management of projects with high environmental and urban value added. He is also the founder of Coulée Verte, a company dedicated to the implementation of landscape and urban developments that integrate sustainable, innovative solutions tailored to Moroccan territorial contexts. In parallel, he is co-founder and Head of Business Development at Detroit Funding, a fintech company specialized in supporting and financing entrepreneurial projects and startups, with a strong focus on impact, innovation, and financial structuring. His expertise is grounded in high-level academic training at the « Institut Agronomique et Vétérinaire Hassan II », where he earned a State Engineering Degree in Landscape Architecture (2011). This was complemented by a specialization at the FST-Tanger in topography, GIS, and remote sensing—tools that are now central to territorial decision-making and project optimization. Committed to structuring and advancing his professional field, Mohamed Ameziane is President of the Association Marocaine des Paysagistes (AMAP) and a member of the Fédération Marocaine du Conseil et de l’Ingénierie (FMCI). He actively contributes to the development of a high-performing professional ecosystem that creates economic, social, and environmental value.
