As a dedicated professional passionate about social strategy, public management, and digital transformation, Ikram Monadi brings over ten years of experience within the Moroccan public administration. She began her career as a Division Inspector at the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI), then worked at the Directorate of Public Enterprises and Privatization (DEPP), before taking on her current position as Head of Department at the Social Works Foundation of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
She has successfully led major projects such as the full digitalization of social services, the design of innovative management models, and the development of national-level social strategies.
The academic background of Ikram Monadi reflects this expertise, as she is pursuing a PhD in Management Sciences (specializing in risk management and governance of social foundations). She also holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Master’s degree in Financial and Accounting Management, in addition to several certifications in public finance, communication, leadership, and digital transformation.
Driven by a vision of responsible leadership, Ikram Monadi has participated in international programs with UN Women and the National Democratic Institute (NDI). She is also engaged in institutional and associative initiatives, focusing on equity, governance, and community support. Her ambition is to leverage her expertise to serve organizations striving for performance, innovation, and sustainable impact.
